Main Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted Advisor for 10-15 customers to drive adoption and quantify the value of Datumate’s solution
- Maintain a deep understanding of the product and communicate features and functionality on a customer level
- Educate and train the customers on DatuBIM platform, business roadmap, and services
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends. Provide recommendations based on the customer’s business needs. Execute playbooks to assist the customers in maximizing value from our DatuBIM solution
- Build a long-lasting relationship with the customers
- Supporting Account Expansion. Partnering with Field Leaders to provide insights on customer health – focusing on adoption and retention strategies, identifying new business opportunities
- Establish a proactive and consistent cadence with customers. Focus on use cases, general sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement on a customer level.
- Manage and lead technical webinars, educating our customers on our product and new features
- Lead the renewal cycle with customers and leverage a team of internal resources for ongoing assistance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a customer success manager
- Customer-oriented, good interpersonal and training skills
- Civil engineer – advantage
