Dror Friedman, CEO of Datumate, has extensive global experience in go–to-market, business development and field operations with leading corporations and fast-growing startups.

Over the past 20 years, Dror has held multiple executive positions in diverse and competitive markets across the IT industry. In his current role as CEO, Dror oversees the company’s strategy, growth, go-to-market and overall operations.

Prior to joining Datumate, Dror was a Vice President of Global Channel Sales and Alliances at Glassbox, where he oversaw the company’s global indirect sales, ecosystem partners and strategic initiatives.

Before Glassbox, Dror was a Vice President of Worldwide Channel Sales and Field Operations at Kaminario (Silk). During his tenure with the company, he established the company’s partner infrastructure and led the indirect global sales activities with 200 partners during a period of accelerated international growth. Earlier in his career, Dror held multiple regional executive roles with EMC and NetApp.

Dror holds a B.A. in Economics-Logistics and an MBA in Marketing from Bar Ilan University, Israel.

Jad Jarroush, Founder and CTO of Datumate, is a specialist in Mapping & Geo-Information Engineering and Building Information Modelling and oversees all scientific and technological aspects of the company.

Prior to Datumate, Jad co-founded and managed two companies: Geo-Point, a company specializing in GIS, cadaster, mapping and geo-information; and P2C, a BIM management company that provides services from the planning through to the construction stages of projects. Before that, Jad served as head geomatics consultant for Ofek Aerial Photography, a global leader in aerial and satellite photogrammetry.

Jad brings with him vast experience as a surveyor, civil engineer and consultant, and served as chief surveyor in several of Israel’s largest engineering projects. He used to be a consultant to Survey of Israel, Israel’s government agency for mapping, geodesy, cadaster and geoinformatics, and led some of the pioneering construction projects in Israel in the infrastructure construction domain.
Jad earned his PhD in Mapping and Geo-Information Engineering and his Civil Engineering degree from the Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology. Jad volunteers for public charities and believes that any investment in the community has a positive return.

Dotan Givon is the Chief Financial Officer at Datumate, bringing over 15 years of financial leadership experience across industries, including defense, enterprise technology, and logistics. With a deep expertise in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiencies, Dotan plays a pivotal role in driving Datumate’s financial growth and long-term success.

Before joining Datumate, Dotan served as Senior Finance Director, Head of Accounting & Treasury at Elbit Systems, where he managed complex financial operations, capital expenditures, and forecasting for one of Israel’s leading defense companies. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Finance at StorONE, a high-performance enterprise storage company, where he led fundraising initiatives and optimized financial structures to support the company’s expansion.

Dotan also spent nearly a decade as Chief Financial Officer at Flying Cargo, overseeing financial strategy, risk management, and treasury operations for a leading logistics and supply chain company. Earlier in his career, he honed his financial acumen in auditing and advisory roles at EY and Deloitte, where he specialized in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial forecasting.

Dotan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Business Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the College of Management Academic Studies. His combined expertise in finance and law provides a unique perspective on corporate governance and strategic financial planning.

Uriel Shirazi is a seasoned civil engineer and technology leader, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success and Sales Engineering at Datumate. Since joining the company in 2020, he has been instrumental in guiding infrastructure teams through the adoption of digital construction technologies, ensuring they achieve measurable outcomes in efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration.

With a robust background in civil engineering, Uriel brings firsthand experience to his role, having worked on complex infrastructure projects prior to his tenure at Datumate. His journey from a civil engineer to leading customer success and sales engineering teams underscores his deep understanding of both the technical and practical aspects of the construction industry.

At Datumate, Uriel has held multiple positions, including Presales Engineer, Presales Manager, and Director of Sales Engineering, before ascending to his current role. His progression within the company reflects his commitment to driving innovation and delivering value to clients.

Uriel holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he developed a strong foundation in engineering principles and project management.

Mario Haddad, VP of R&D at Datumate, is an experienced software architect and leader with extensive experience in cloud computing, computer vision and large-scale SaaS applications.

Mario began his journey at Datumate as a junior software engineer. After two years, he advanced to R&D team leader and later, he became the Cloud Solutions Architect and Director of Software Engineering. More recently, as the result of his dedication and accomplishments, he was promoted to the position of VP R&D.

Prior to joining Datumate, Mario worked as a software engineer at TowerJazz, developing internal control applications and then went on to fill the role of semiconductor equipment automation engineer.

Mario holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Haifa, Israel.

Adi Sapir Motola is a seasoned business development and marketing executive with over a decade of experience driving innovation across infrastructure, energy, and real estate sectors. Her career spans leadership roles in both public and private organizations, where she has consistently delivered strategic growth and sustainable solutions.

At Datumate, Adi brings her expertise in aligning cutting-edge technology with market needs, fostering partnerships, and expanding business opportunities. Her background includes spearheading urban development initiatives, promoting energy resilience, and leading marketing strategies that bridge the gap between technical innovation and stakeholder engagement.

Benjamin Sack brings over a decade of proven sales leadership to Datumate, where he currently serves as VP of Global Sales. With a track record of driving revenue growth and forging key partnerships, Ben plays a pivotal role in expanding Datumate’s market presence globally. His strategic approach and deep expertise in the tech sector have led to significant achievements, including partnerships with major brands and measurable ROI improvements for his clients.

Prior to joining Datumate, Ben was VP of Sales for North America and Latin America at Syte, an AI-powered visual discovery platform for e-commerce. At Syte, he guided the sales strategy and execution across two regions, establishing long-term partnerships with industry leaders like VF Corp, Chico’s, and Walmart. His efforts substantially increased Syte’s revenue share by implementing AI-driven, personalized solutions that transformed client outcomes.

Ben’s career also includes key leadership roles at innovative companies such as StoreMaven, WalkMe™, and Intendu, where he refined his expertise in digital adoption, enterprise sales, and customer engagement. His career reflects a dedication to transforming business performance and client success, making him an invaluable asset to Datumate’s growth and vision.

Ben holds a BA in Commerce and Humanities from the University of Central Florida and has been actively involved in community organizations throughout his career.

Chaz has over 16 years of experience working in data management, professional services, and marketing for the AEC and tech industries. As a marketing and proposal manager, she helped generate more than $500 million in project wins. Chaz has managed marketing services for Lend Lease, HOK, and Burns & McDonnell before making the change to the construction technology sector. She also serves on the Tampa Bay SMPS Board as Treasurer.

Chaz’s goal in life is to help companies unlock their growth potential through the power of their customer data. Over the last ten years, she has implemented CRMs for several top ENR companies and more than 120 AEC firms.

She has written two books. Her first, Sink or Swim Faster: Make a Splash in Professional Services, helps new marketers learn everything they need to know to win business for their AEC firms (which includes responding to and winning RFPs). Chaz’s second book which she co-authored with Courtney Kearney is CRM or Die: Manage Your Client Relationships or Perish, encompasses all of her lessons learned from implementing CRMs.
