Privacy Policy



Because your privacy is important to us, we operate by the principles described herein. We have created this Privacy Policy in order to describe to you our practicing regarding the information that we collect and how we use it. By installing the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information as we have outlined in this Policy. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined herein, shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them under the Datufly End-User License Agreement.

1. The information we collect and how we collect it

1.1  We explicitly ask you when we need information that personally identifies you. For example, during the registration process we will ask you for your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and country and other information related to the Application

2.1 The Application also may collect additional information with respect to flight data, crash data or any other information that will help us to improve the Application.

All of the above shall be referred together as the "Information".

2.2 You must be above 13 years old to use the Application. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under the age of 13.

2. What we do with your information

The Information we collect will be used in accordance with applicable laws for the following purposes:

2.1 To provide the use of the Application as well as for auditing and improving our Application.

2.2 We may use and share anonymized Information with certain third-parties.

2.3 We may share Information with third parties in limited circumstances, including when complying with legal process, preventing fraud or imminent harm, and ensuring the security of the Application.

2.4 We reserve the right to disclose your Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, or court order.

3. Data security

We use industry standard security measures to store and protect your Personal Information within the scope of applicable data protection laws. Still there is no guarantee for an absolute secure communication. Therefore third parties might theoretically be able to use the information and data that you transmit over the internet. Datumate is not liable for any kind of disclosure of information to third parties due to communication errors or unauthorised access.

4. Miscellaneous

4.1. If Datumate becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we may transfer all of the Personal Information we have collected from our users in connection with such a transaction.

4.2.Datumate may modify the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, Datumate will make a new copy of the Privacy Policy available within the Application. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective immediately for new users of the Application and will be effective thirty (30) days after posting notice of such changes on the Application for existing users. If You do not agree to any change(s) after receiving a notice of such change(s), you must stop using Application. Otherwise, your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of such change(s). PLEASE REGULARLY CHECK THE APPLICATION TO VIEW THE THEN-CURRENT AGREEMENT.

4.3. This policy shall be construed in accordance with and governed for all purposes by the substantive laws of the State of State of Israel without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against the Company and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and representatives must be resolved by a court located in Tel Aviv – Jaffa, and waive any jurisdictional, venue or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
