Position summary

Datumate is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our company as a Country Sales Manager for Israel. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue across the country. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure the team’s success. Additionally, you will establish and nurture relationships with key clients, identify new business opportunities, and monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.


  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets in the construction software sector.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their specific needs and providing optimal solutions.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our construction software.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to align efforts and effectively address customer requirements.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to gain valuable insights and contribute to the enhancement of our software product offerings.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.


  • Location: Israel (hybrid)
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Mapping & Geo-information Engineering.
  • In-depth understanding of the construction industry, market dynamics, and the challenges faced by construction professionals.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction software industry or a related field.
  • Advanced professional knowledge or experience in infrastructure construction, such as roads, rails, and neighborhoods.
  • Strong background in software sales within the construction sector.
  • Proven track record of selling to government/federal agencies.
  • Experience with RFI & Tenders applications.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (i.e. Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with AutoDesk, Bentley, ArcGIS, and Drone photogrammetric software.
  • Experience in managing a sales team, including pre-sale and post-sale activities.
